History

Streamsong Black, designed by Gil Hanse and Jim Wagner and opened in 2017, is the most dramatic of the three Streamsong courses, using a more adventurous and bold design approach. Hanse worked on the most rugged portion of the mining site, creating an inland links with dramatic elevation changes, enormous sandy waste areas, and a routing that traverses both the high ridges and low valleys of the mining terrain. Its par-71 routing demands powerful and creative golf, rewarding strategic thinking with exhilarating risk-reward opportunities at multiple junctures.

Signature Hole

13th hole, par 3, 202 yards — a dramatic downhill par-3 from a ridge to a green nestled in a former mining pit surrounded by sandy waste
